    If winner chooses a vacation package that is higher in price than the $5,000 voucher, the winner will be required to pay the difference in price at his or her own expense.  The prize is transferable to another person prior to booking, in the event the winner cannot or does not want to use the vacation voucher. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash. Raffle tickets are non-refundable.

    Raffle Tickets will be sold from June 27 – August 8, 2023. One (1) winner will be selected by a random drawing on August 9, 2023 through Facebook Live. Winner need not be present to win. According to the information provided, little Light House will contact the winner via phone. The prize must be claimed within five days of the drawing date. If the prize is not claimed within five days, the initial winner forfeits the prize and a new winner will be selected by random drawing.

    The winner will receive a travel voucher valued at $5000 to a destination of the winner’s choice. Complimentary travel will be arranged through April Overstreet at Y’all Travel Agency. The Voucher must be used by December 31, 2024. 

    The Prize is transferable to another person prior to booking, in the event the winner cannot or does not want to use the vacation voucher if agreed upon by both the purchaser and Y'all Travel in a written agreement . Prize cannot be redeemed for cash. Raffle tickets are non-refundable. If winner is under the age of 18 a parent or guardian must be available to collect prize. Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Little Light House, its perspective subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers and such company officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the donation receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Little Light House reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Travel Voucher Raffle, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Little Light House’s reasonable control which impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle.
