A Message From Harrison Shears
Hello, my name is Jasmine Jenkins and my son Harrison Shears, attends Little Light House, a tuition free preschool for children with special needs. This is Harrison's first year attending and we can't wait to see him prosper and grow from the help of the staff of Little Light House. Harrison is five years and is diagnosed with Q22 syndrome and autism. He has a smile and laugh that will just make your day and loves to snuggle. He's very active and loves outdoors. Harrison has overcome many surgeries and obstacles. The focus now is to help him to continue to thrive and we are honored to have the Little Light House accept us into their program. We want to help sponsor Harrison and all the other little angels that attend with any donations to help with the Annual 5k, Laps for Little Ones, that is approaching on October 26. The Little Light House helps so many families with children with special needs and they're able to provide the kids with so many great experiences by solely relying on donations and community support. I am asking if anyone finds it in their hearts and spirit would lead them to help sponsor Harrison. Our goal this year is to raise $5,000 towards the school's overall goal of $250,000. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out. Thanks, and blessings from Little Light House, Harrison and myself.
Laps for Little Ones 5K & Fun Run will be held on October 26, 2024 at Broadmoor Baptist Church, located at 1531 Highland Colony Parkway, Madison, MS 39110. For more information, please email celia@llhms.org.

In Support of Little Light House of Central Mississippi
Steeped in a tradition of academic and therapeutic excellence, the Little Light House is a tuition-free Developmental Center that for over three decades has been making a difference in the lives of hundreds of children with special needs. Founded in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the Little Light House opened its first affiliate school in Central Mississippi, in January of 2006. The Little Light House of Central Mississippi is financially and operationally independent of its parent school in Tulsa.
